The facilitator is another S3 tool that helps the group to make use of the sociocratic tools necessary in each situation and also introduces new tools that may be useful to the processes that the group is experiencing.
At the same time, we will monitor how the introduction of sociocracy evolves in the group, in order to continue understanding the implementation of the S3 concepts that we have decided to adopt, in order to seek greater effectiveness in the functioning of the group.
