This course was funded by the University of Cadiz and was held during the month of March 2023. The course was aimed at university teachers who wanted to strengthen an assertive communication style. It was given by the facilitator Alicia Manzano Salvatierra. The results of this workshop were very satisfactory as the teachers consider the CNV a useful tool for the improvement of interpersonal relationships in the classroom and educational centre. Thanks to this collaboration with Alicia and the University of Cadiz, it has been possible for one of our partners to present, within the framework of an endorsed action, a proposal for the elaboration of a dossier on NVC applied to the educational field.
